Platform API

The Platform API is an internal service application that allows users to access the ORDR RESTful APIs using the authentication method. ORDR SCE supports the HTTPS authentication method. In this method, an HTTPS user provides the username and password.

Configure Platform API Service

1. On the top navigation bar, click Integrations.
   The External Services and Tools Integration page appears.

1. Type Platform API into the search box, then click Platform API from the table list.
   The Platform API (Service Detail) panel appears.

1. Enter the API username and password in the corresponding fields.

NOTE: Authentication mode is set to Local by default.

1. Click Save.
